Our development tends to veer towards the more boutique type. We invest in a small area of land, say an acre or two and then we develop it with a theme. We make sure the place is in an area where there is the prospect of land appreciation in the near future. The theme we adopt is done so with the idea of developing this area to its full potential. We go into a project and turn bare land into something of value. And we’re good at the game of value addition when it comes to property.
